Capital Workforce Partners

Capital Workforce Partners is the region’s workforce investment board serving 37 municipalities in North Central Connecticut. The board coordinates comprehensive programs for job seekers and employers. Its mission is to leverage public and private resources to produce skilled workers for a competitive regional economy.  Capital Workforce Partners: 1) promotes and invests in youth and future workforce solutions, 2) identifies and supports the development of sustainable career paths for adult workers, and 3) assists employers in targeted industries, helping them grow and remain competitive.

CTWorks

CTWorks is a system of One-Stop Career Centers in which a number of organizations collaborating together provide training and job placement services for job seekers, as well as customized training, recruitment and workforce related programs for area employers. The CT Department of Labor and Capital Workforce Partners are partners in CTWorks. The North Central CT region has five locations and there are approximately 20 locations throughout the state.  For the locations, visit:

Western MA Workforce Resources

Western MA works with many agencies, our affiliate partners and the Regional Employment Board to address the staffing needs of the region. We offer solutions to your workforce development needs including training, grant assistance, industry specific education, staffing programs and incentives.
